Debrief:

What made you smile?

• The overall experience is nice and straight-forward.
• The training is smooth.

What did you find confusing?

• You cannot promote the user to a manager when the user's organization role is owner. The user is just absent in the list without any details/errors.
• The user is back in the team after it was removed from organization and invited back. It's a little counter-intuitive.
