#### What made you smile?

- The overall experience is nice and straight-forward.
- The training is smooth.


#### What did you find confusing?

- You cannot promote the user to a manager when the user's organization role is owner. The user is just absent in the list without any details/errors.
- The user is back in the team after it was removed from organization and invited back. It's a little counter-intuitive.
